    Bay Street bonus tracker 2026.

Which large Toronto firms have announced associate bonuses this season, what they are paying, and how solid each report is.

Unlike base salary scales, Bay Street bonuses are rarely published. Firms usually tell associates in internal memos, and the figures reach the public through the press or through associates comparing notes. This page records each report as it appears and labels where it came from, so you can tell a firm announcement from a forum thread. For how bonuses are structured and paid, read our guide to Bay Street associate bonuses.

    03How to read it

    Three kinds of report.

    Firm announcement
The firm published or confirmed the figures. The strongest evidence, and the rarest.
    News report
A named publication reported the figures, usually from a firm memo. Linked to the article.
    Associate reports
Several associates posted matching figures. Useful, but unconfirmed, and labelled that way.
    04Send a report

    Heard about your firm's bonus?

If your firm has announced bonuses, email will@laterallawreport.com with the firm, the amounts by year of call, and anything that helps us confirm it, such as the memo with your name removed. We never publish who sent a report, and we do not post a figure until we can confirm it or match it with other reports.
