Farzad Forooghian joins Cassels' capital markets group in Vancouver as a partner, after founding and running his own boutique, Forooghian + Company, since 2016. With about two decades of practice in mining transactions, capital markets, M&A, and regulatory compliance for public and private companies, he earlier practised at McMillan and MOI Solicitors. He said Cassels' mining and capital markets strength drew him to the firm.
